Free inspection and estimate
Nick comes out, gets on the roof, shows you what he finds and leaves you a written quote. Repair or replace, he will tell you which one you actually need.
Materials and a date
Pick your shingle colour, confirm the price, and get a start date. Reviewers are often surprised by how fast they get fit in, even in the busy season.
Tear-off and install
The crew strips the old roof to the deck, replaces any rotten wood, lays ice and water shield and underlayment, then installs the new roof. Usually one day, start to finish.
